HOW TO USE PERFECT FOR ALL HAIR COLORING TECHNIQUES
Apply PAINTS either to dry, clean pre-lightened hair or to natural hair lighter than a level 9. Develop for 20 minutes and rinse until water runs clear. Shampoo and condition if desired.
