Shimmer Lights Plex Lightener offers clear, cool blonde results with 7 levels of lift while strengthening hair from the outside in! It can be used on-scalp for all-over blonde, or off-the-scalp for face-framing, highlights, ombré, and balayage.
- Mixing ratio 1:2
- Apply Plex Lightener to regrowth or uncolored hair
- Don’t overlap pre-lightened hair
- Process up to 50 minutes, checking every 10 minutes for desired lightness
- Rinse thoroughly with cool water
- Do not shampoo
STEP 2: SHIMMER LIGHTS PLEX TREATMENT
Shimmer Lights Plex Treatment is used after lightening for shiny, conditioned hair. It can also be used weekly after lightening to keep hair silky and smooth.
- No developer needed
- Apply Plex Treatment to towel-dried hair
- Leave on for 10 minutes
- Rinse, shampoo and condition
- Use 1 sachet for short to medium length hair, use additional sachets for longer, thicker hair as needed
STEP 3: SHIMMER LIGHTS PERMANENT CREAM TONERS
Shimmer Lights Permanent Cream Toner neutralizes brass for clear, cool blonde results with a silky consistency for easy application. It is ideal after lightening or to refresh blonde tones for even, blended results. Shimmer Lights Permanent Cream Toner comes in 3 shades: Smoky Pearl, Platinum Ice, and Cool Beige.
- Mixing ratio 1:2
- Apply to towel-dried hair, focusing on the areas that need the most toning
- Gently comb through the ends with a large comb
- Process for 15-30 minutes, checking every 5 minutes until desired tone is achieved.
- No heat needed
- When happy with the tone, rinse, shampoo, and condition
